The EY Foundation for manual crafts is associated with the interest-free loan organized by the Foundation and Michèle Antoine Riboud in partnership with the French National Institute for Arts and Crafts (INMA), which encourages innovative entrepreneurial projects in the crafts sector. The EY Foundation will provide skills support for Séverina Lartigue on a development project.

Rare Talent Award Luxury Goods and Design Centre

On 31 January 2017 a gala dinner was held to celebrate the 15th Luxury Goods Summit Meeting at the Cercle de l'Union interalliée in Paris. Séverina Lartigue was attributed the Rare Talent Award by the jury for the Luxury Goods and Design Talent Prize. And as the trophy, a superb Lalique vase.

Séverina Lartigue demonstrates all the steps in making an anemone in her workshop in Normandy. Programme aired on 27 January at 21:50 and Saturday, 4 February 2017 at 10:15 and then via replay for one month on the France 5 TV channel.

The exhibition on the work of Tiziana and Gianni Baldizzone focuses on people at their daily work and presents a series of photographs showing the precise moments when knowledge is transferred from one person to another, and emphasize the different moods and moments in each exchange. Mitsukoshi and Isetan department stores The Séverina Lartigue brand in Japan

Séverina Lartigue returns with delight to Tokyo. On 16 and 17 May, she will be present for the first time in the Mitsukoshi Nihombashi department store so that elegant Tokyoites can buy the appropriate silk flowers to wear for every occasion. From 20 to 26 May Séverina Lartigue will be presentin her new wedding collection at Isetan Shinjuku.

The Contemporary Museum of the Bohin Factory opens from March 3 to November 1, 2015. The unique venue in France has been perpetuating the pin and needle making tradition for 180 years. A section of the museum is devoted to the work of Séverina Lartigue in the Craftpersons of Perfection gallery. François Confino is the museographer and scenographer of this unique venue.

Jean-Paul Gaultier gives us his vision of the modern wedding dress with 61 "ways to say yes". A joyous, sublime collection. Séverina Lartigue's silk flowers joined the party. Model No. 20, "My Best Friend's Wedding" cardigan of flowers under a hatveil, smocked black lace leggings. Model No. 38, "The ceremony": skirt and cardigan embroidered with crystals.

Mitsukoshi Nihombashi department store Tokyo, may 16-26th 2015

Séverina Lartigue returns with delight to Tokyo and its inhabitants. On 16 and 17 May, she will be present for the first time in the Mitsukoshi Nihombashi department store so that elegant Tokyoites can buy her brooches and earrings. And from 20 to 26 May she will once again be present in the wedding section of the Isetan Shinjuku department store to offer headdresses and other bridal ornaments.

Stars and Crafts Prize Lower Normandy Prize in the business momentum category

The flowers made by Séverina Lartigue travel from Normandy to Tokyo via Beijing and Shanghai. In order to prospect for exports and to develop her brand and commitment to promote a rare French know-how, Séverina Lartigue has been awarded the Stars and Crafts Prize of the Lower Normandy Regional Council.

Paris Opera House Onegin and La Sylphide Ballets

How wonderful to see the prima ballerinas of the Paris Opera all dressed in tulle and flowers! A rose for Tatiana in the ballet OneginOnegin, staged by John Cranko, and bindweed flower crowns for the half-angels half-elves in the ballet La Sylphide, choreography by Pierre Lacotte. All are adorned with romantic flowers designed and made by Séverina Lartigue. Models based on these two operas can be found in the "Ballerinas" capsule collection.

Keeping the past alive in the present is the whole purpose of Séverina Lartigue's art form, creating silk flowers in line with current tastes and perpetuating a rare profession, such that she has received the prestigious Living Heritage Company label. This mark of recognition by the French state is a distinction awarded to French companies with excellent craft and manufacturing skills.
